Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Product missing from the package

📌 An unboxing video is mandatory for all refund or replacement requests. Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Used, worn, or damaged products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Natural variations in color, shape, size, or appearance of crystals, agates, gemstones, and handcrafted products

Refund Process

  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Replacements are subject to product availability.

  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund may be offered.
